Terms & Conditions
- All items are sold AS IS with no guarantees of any kind. Bid based on your opinion, not the auctioneer’s opinion.
- All items must be paid for on the day of the auction.
- All items must be picked up by Monday following the day of the auction.
- A 13% buyer’s premium will be charged on all items with a 3% discount for cash, check or debit.
- North Carolina Sales Tax of 7% will be charged unless you have completed and submitted a NC Sales & Use Tax Form with your NC ID number.
- Absentee bids must be submitted no later than 5:00 pm the day of the auction. 13% Buyer’s Premium will be charged on all absentee items.
- All absentee items must be paid for and picked up by Monday following the day of the auction.
- We accept cash, checks, debit cards and most major credit cards.
- We do not ship items. As a customer courtesy we will take your item to the UPS Store on your behalf. You will contact them to make arrangements to ship your item.
- By placing a bid you are agreeing to these conditions. This is a legally binding contract.
